Can you send me your different packages?
We do not offer different packages, we treat all our Breezy Day couples the same! We simply call it
Coordination. Absolutely anytime along the planning process you will have us as a resource and
helping hand - up until the very end of the night and the clean up is complete. :)
I just need a day-of coordinator...
Awesome, we'd love to help you with that! Whatever you are checking off a requirement of your
venue, or a friend told you need a day-of coordinator for your wedding, we will get to know each
other and work together much more than just on your wedding day. If your wedding is 1 month
away or a year from our first contact we keep in touch and you can ask us questions at any time -
DEFINITELY not just on your wedding day, that would be nuts! ;)
How much do you charge?
Our coordination package depends on your wedding venue location. Let’s set up a
time to chat, after we talk additional wedding details, we can give you a price for
When can we contact you?
Anytime!! The moment you fill out an initial inquiry you have us as a resource for
your wedding planning. If you have any questions or concerns, need help finding the
perfect vendor, or just want to talk about your wedding, we are here for you! Send
us a text, email, or phone call - we LOVE talking weddings ;)
How many times will we meet?
Typically we will meet 1-2 times prior to the rehearsal day. No matter how many
times we meet, approximately 1 month before the BIG day, we will meet at your
wedding venue and walk the space together. At this time, if we have not already,
we will create your wedding day timeline and diagram(s), as well as talk fun
details about your special day!
Will you coordinate the ceremony rehearsal?
Of course! A rehearsal is very important, this is when we get to meet your family
& wedding party! It is usually scheduled about 30 days prior to your wedding
and we schedule the rehearsal for sometime the day before. We run through the
ceremony processional, recessional and other important details of the ceremony.
If possible, we meet a bit early and this is when we collect all your decor items How long will the rehearsal take?

wedding party to find the location, park and greet the lovely bride-to-be!
They will be so excited to celebrate with you!
The actual rehearsal takes no time at all :)
How many hours do you work on my wedding day? We put no limits on the amount of time we work your wedding. Keep in mind, we don’t need to be there during your hair and makeup - spend
that time with your gal pals. We will make a judgement as to when we
will arrive based off venue access time, rentals/vendor arrivals, and
decor set up. Not to worry, we stay the entire event, assuring all clean
up is complete! It is usually a long and EXCITING day!!
What time will you arrive on the wedding day?
We usually gage our arrival time on a couple of things:
1 - Your venue has a specific access time that vendors can begin setting up. We
arrive just before this time to unload and be ready to bust in to begin set up and
start working to create your dream wedding!
2 - When the first delivery or vendor is onsite. Say your venue has access at 9am,
but your ceremony is at 5pm, it won’t take us 8 hours to set up, but perhaps your
rentals are arriving between 9am & 11am - we need to be there when rentals
arrive, so we arrive when they do!
Will you set up my decorations?
Of course!! Signs? Place cards? Dessert tables? Simple centerpieces? You name it - we’ve got you covered! These are the items you will bring to the rehearsal
and we will take them off your hands, bring them on the wedding day and set up as you envision on the wedding day!!
Will you clean up for me?
Yes! We will help your incredible vendor team clean up and most importantly make sure your personal items are safely in the car or hotel room of your
choosing. We finalize how clean up will go for your wedding at our final meeting. It depends on the venue, but sometimes these items are loaded into a
couple of your family/friends cars, other times we will transfer it all to your hotel room.
Can you refer other vendors for my wedding? Yes, yes, yes!!! Let us know what vendors you still need and we will send you recommendations of COOL companies that ROCK at what they do!
Will you have an assistant with you on the day-of? Not usually. If we need help for set up, we will bring someone from our team to assist, but they will leave after set up is compete. Not to worry, there is no extra charge if they are needed.
Do you have decor rentals?
Yes we do! If you are interested in rentals, we can email you our Breezy Day Rentals
informational packet. Let us know what you would like us to bring day-of and we will set it up
at your wedding!
Can I have recommendations from past couples? Certainly! Make sure to take a moment to review our Yelp, Wedding Wire and The Knot pages.
Where some of our amazing couples have shared their Breezy Day experience :)
How do we secure your services?
It’s so easy! After taking your details on the phone and getting to know each other, if you choose
How do we pay you? to move forward with our services, you will receive a contract via email that can be signed At the time of the contract, a deposit is required. electronically. All we need are your full names to send this over.
The remainder is due at the rehearsal.
We accept: Cash, check or Venmo @BreezyDayWeddings
Do you have a minimum?
I hate to turn people away based off of budget concerns so I am eager to speak to
everyone and offer suggestions for how you can stay within a happy budget.
However, you should expect to pay at least $2000 for an average sized wedding.
What do you consider an average sized wedding?
We consider an average sized wedding to include a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaid
bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 2 corsages and 10 low styled centerpieces.
Why do we need to schedule a consultation?
I want to meet you! If we don’t meet or speak on the phone, I feel like we lose a little bit of the magic of the process. This should be a fun experience for you!! Plus you’ll get to meet my cute goldendoodle if you come meet me at my home office!
Do you have packages?
No. I truly believe that all weddings are unique and everyone (no matter what your budget is) should have a custom floral quote.
Can you copy this photo I found online? We can use the photo as inspiration but I can’t promise you that it will be exactly the same. Please keep in mind a lot of photos found online are heavily edited with filters that can change the real color of the flowers. Often artificial flowers are used in photoshoots and I am often shown photos of bouquets that are made with artificial blooms. I always suggest that you look at my website and instagram to see what my style is. Before you reach out to me, I would suggest you do your homework and make sure our styles are in alignment.
Can you provide me with loose flowers and then I’ll make my own centerpieces?
Unfortunately we do not. However I love to educate people about flowers and encourage people to be creative. If you are looking to do your own flowers, I am happy to provide a consultation session for a minimal fee and can get you on the path towards DIY Wedding Flowers.
I only need a bridal bouquet, can you do that for me?
Sure! I love doing just personal flowers! Contact me to set up a consultation!
I’ve sent in a deposit, can I make changes to my invoice?
Yes, absolutely! Your invoice can remain fluid up until the date posted on the
timeline at the bottom of your quote (typically 20 days before your wedding).
This is what I need, can you just write me up a quote?
A: Potentially, yes I can write you up a quote but really I prefer to meet with
you, either in person or over the phone.
Can you do flowers for my bridal shower, baby shower,
Absolutely! Whether we do centerpieces or even a flower crown workshop for your bridal shower… contact me and we’ll figure out something fun!
Do you have rental items that I can get from you?
YES! Please let me know if you would like a copy of our rental catalog!
How much notice do you need from me to book you?
I need as little as 2 weeks notice to pull together a flower order for you but if you’re in a major
bind, it can’t hurt to reach out to me to see what is possible!
How far out do you book?
I only book one year out. If your wedding is more than a year away, please mark your calendar and email us the day you are one year out. At that time I will schedule your consultation and we’ll get
the process started!
My friend or family member is making my floral centerpieces, I just
need personal flowers. Can you do that?
Yes I can. The concern that we run into is connected to social media tagging. We would need to discuss this during our consultation.
When is my final payment due?
Two weeks before your wedding date. You can refer to the timeline on the
bottom of your proposal to see the specific date.
How do I pay you?
Please refer to the bottom of the contract portion of your proposal to see
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, but please note that a 3% credit card processing fee is added on to pay
with a card.
Can I make payments throughout my engagement?
Yes of course!! Whenever you’d like to make a payment, send it over to me, I
will apply it to your balance and send you a receipt!
Will I see you the day of my wedding? Do you stay for the entire reception?
I hope so! I love to deliver your bridal bouquet and personal flowers to you the morning of your wedding. Depending on your unique wedding you may or
may not see me the rest of the day. Once your ceremony and reception is set
up, my job is over. I do not stay for the reception. I may need to return at the end of the reception to collect my hardware items.
What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
I love when it’s possible for your guests to take the flowers with them. We will
discuss this during your consultation.
We would like to donate our flowers after the wedding,
can you help with this?
We can refer you to some non-profit florists who take wedding flower
donations and repurpose them for hospitals and senior care facilities. Advanced
notice is required to set up the donation process.
I feel like I need another meeting after our initial
consultation, do you charge for additional meetings?
I do not charge for additional meetings at my home office, however if we are
doing a venue walk-thru, I may add on a mileage fee to your invoice.
Do you do mock-ups of the centerpieces before the wedding so I can see what it will look like?
Our policy is that if you are spending over $6000 on wedding flowers then we will gladly do a mock-up for you. If you are spending less than $6000 and you would still like to do a mock-up we will discuss the pricing and cost of the mock-up during your consultation. This mainly has to do with the cost of flowers and the minimum stem counts that we can purchase at the flower market.
Do you do workshops?
Not yet, but stay tuned! In the meantime, follow me on Instagram @Breezydayflorals where I try to story my life as a wedding florist as much as possible!
